I believe this plan is totally wrong and this area has no potential of any more building, shops, schools. etc.....
you are going to kill green area, adding more traffic to the area, making more pollution and congestion .

The plan fails to reflect the SoS statement to the House of Commons on 6 December 2022. This includes the housing requirement to be an 'advisory starting point', and 'is not mandatory'.

Preparation of the plan should be delayed, reviewed, and re-consulted upon in-line with the new requirements of the SoS.

Site 036c, land south of Stafford, should be deleted from the plan.
