Bilbrook Parish Council does not believe the proposed local Plan to be sound; it has not consulted with Bilbrook residents without access to the internet. Those will access have struggled with the complexity of the consultation portal and many have given up because they believe it's been made purposely difficult as it's a "Done Deal"

The Local Plan is being rushed through to avoid applying the Levelling-up and Regeneration Bill which would give local people more say in new developments ensuring enough of the right homes are built in the right places with the right infrastructure & protecting the environment.
