Site 079. We note that a recent application for a Portakabin housing 2 additional consulting rooms at the Brewood Medical Centre has been approved. Considering the current capacity and the proposed increase in housing in the area the practice serves, does the practice have sufficient space to expand? It should be noted that sufficient car parking must be provided on-site as parking must not spill out onto Kiddemore Green Road. Part of the 079 site should be reserved for future expansion.
