In part, no. Support allocation of Site 591 but the scale of housing shortfalls across the GBHMA and relative under-provision in Huntington provide a clear justification for increasing the level of housing provided in Huntington. This can be achieved by increasing the size of Site 591 or by increasing its capacity. Two development options are presented to both increase capacity north of Limepit Lane (Site 591) to 158 dwellings and deliver housing growth south of Limepit Lane (Site 592) by a further 48 dwellings.
