Penkridge should be treated as an exception and have its own Development Plan/Neighbourhood Plan.
Current approach is piecemeal with no regard to improving infrastructure, services and employment.
Opportunity exists for growth to west of Penkridge and reclamation of centre of Penkridge from influence of A449.
Renovate footway/cycleway between Gailey and Dunston.
