All other potential sites considered for residential use would have significantly greater impact upon GB compared with site 313.
Only a small quantity of GB release required.
The land immediately north of Safeguarded/Allocated Land is under same ownership and could deliver linked development.
Site 313 has capacity to deliver policy compliant scheme.
