Do not agree that site 116 (land south of Wolverhampton Road - Campions Wood Quarry, Cheslyn Hay) should be considered unavailable due to requirement for restoration conditions, and lifespan of the quarry where operations have already ceased in some areas.
Site 116 (land south of Wolverhampton Road - Campions Wood Quarry, Cheslyn Hay) is adjacent to existing development boundary, could be linked to existing residential areas, be designed and phased to ensure minimal visual impact upon nearby countryside, incorporate existing Public Right of Way and create new Great Crested Newt habitat.
Phased development would ensure exploitable mineral reserves are not sterilise by developing on areas where quarrying operations have ceased.
Site 116 (land south of Wolverhampton Road - Campions Wood Quarry, Cheslyn Hay), should be allocated for residential development.
