The strategy for 2039 is not reflective of the policies that exist within the plan. There is no clear strategic direction determining which land is released and how consideration for South Staffordshire rural character and community is taken into account. – ‘South Staffordshire will strive to protect & enhance its distinctive rural character, communities, and landscape, whilst playing its part in addressing the climate emergency and creating beautiful and thriving new places in which people can live, work, and enjoy leisure activities.

There is no reference to Community Infrastructure Levy only S106 agreements on schemes, although both can be used. The Local Plan should provide clarity on optimising both options to increase much needed community funding. Please explain what plans there are to change to CIL.
