Concerned that due process not undertaken when site was originally allocated. Request to see comments submitted by residents with respect to the Local Plan decision to remove the site from Green Belt and to identify the site as safeguarded land.
Site will have unsatisfactory access.
Access roads will not be able to accommodate increased traffic flows.
