The IDP shows no requirement identified for Wombourne in respect of health and education facilities or transport. With the addition of the new developments on top of the existing ones, the strain on existing facilities will be excessive. The developments in Swindon will also add additional strain on Wombourne.
The significant development around Billy Buns Lane will have major transport and safety implications adjacent to an already very busy traffic island. This development in particular will cause an increase in accidents.
What is the proposal to mitigate this issue in respect of Wodehouse island?
