- The roads are mess, extra traffic may cause even further damage.
- Currently we don't have a police station, additional families which will need coverage.
- Extra schooling, in wombourne we have 3 primary schools and 1 secondary. Our schools support children from dudley and wolverhampton. They will not be able to maintain the good quality of education with the extra demand.
- This is applicable to doctors surgeries, I usually need to wait several for an appointment.
- Detrimental impact up on tourist industry.
- Public health, one proposed site we used in lockdown.
