A lot of these villages do have adequate public transport to support the growth. For example Kinver was without a bus service and even the bus service now is inadequate as the latest bus is no later than 6pm. Therefore anyone wishing to live in the village requires a car which the roads need improvement to support additional cars and road layouts improved.
None of the villages have access to a train station therefore lack of infrastructure to enable growth
