It's not clear how to access the IDP so can not comment on it's status. However, in respect to Wombourne proposals, this is a village (typically defined as between 500-2,500 residents) with a population of c.15,000. There is one senior school, five primary schools, two GP surgeries, one bank, one small supermarket, one petrol station. The infrastructure does not support the existing population with local services decreasing (closure of police station, banks, shops). Increasing instances of flooding on all access roads, many narrow roads, poor quality roads, etc. A comparable size to Bridgnorth but infrastructure no where near comparable.
