No Ref: 255 Land at Moor Lane flood risk has not been identified for this site for the existing properties already on Moor Lane, there are no plans / improvements to stop the flooding that regularly occurs there. South Staffordshire is 80% greenbelt land there are no objectives limiting the amount of greenbelt land that can be taken for development therefore the council are not protecting the greenbelt or limiting the amount of greenbelt to be lost in the area. Also there doesn't seem to be an objective to ensure the use of brownfield sites before destroying the greenbelt land.
