Strategic objectives do not incorporate;
- Ensure all brownfield sites in the South Staffs, Black County and nationally have been fully developed before releasing green belt
- Ensure brown field site yield has been maximised - independent validation is required to ensure profit is not put before the green belt
- Ensure the 1.1 million housing already given permission is fully developed before releasing green belt
No I don't agree the draft policies will deliver the objectives. The housing will be mainly unaffordable to the majority of people and infrastructure will not support the housing.
