A 50% increase in houses in Bilbrook is not sustainable grown.
- Lane Green First School in Bilbrook has capacity to expand to take a sustainable growth in the Bilbrook population.
-New retail site. The struggling shops will close and it will change the Village.
- It's difficult to get a doctors or dentists appointment..
- The Highways infrastructure cannot cope with current demand.
- Barnhurst Lane is a patchwork quilt of pothole repairs and regularly floods.
- The junctions at Barnhurst Lane, Dam Mill & the Woodman are dangerous and need a considerable amount of money spent on them.
