Please tell me how building a minimum of 1200 houses is being “landscape led”

The plan should be scrapped Michael Gove has already said we shouldn’t be building on green belt land that’s the government’s words not mine. Also a minimum of 1200 houses, considering most households have a minimum of 2 cars per house that’s a minimum of 2400 cars, it would be like a match day everyday driving into Wolverhampton. What about pollution? The wildlife? Brinsford Lane our daughters have to walk up a main road to where we live and there’s no footpath? A 60mph road which couldn’t even cope with the extra traffic. What about our beautiful countryside?
