Dispute the statement that there is greater services and facilities in Cheslyn Hay and Great Wyrley and request clarification regarding what facilities are available in Cheslyn Hay and Great Wyrley that aren't in other parishes. An assessment to establish road, sewer, school and community facility capacity is required, Most villagers meet their needs in Cannock, Walsall, Stafford, Telford and Birmingham.

Would prefer not to continually extend existing pitches and a fairer distribution should be made across all 27 Parishes.
GT17 has been allocated 3 additional pitches.
GT35 (Rear of 122 Streets Lane) - greater enforcement of illegal activity should be provided by South Staffordshire Council and retrospective planning permissions should not be awarded so as to provide a deterant for retrospective applications.

Sites 119a/b and Site 523 raised the following concerns:
- Drainage and flood risk; areas are at risk of flooding and sewerage system can't cope (as demonstrated by New Horse Road housing development)
- Etruria minerals should be safeguarded on Sites 119a/b
- A link road should be provided from Saredon Road to the island on Coppice Lane, traffic data should be collated for the island at Lodge Lane down Saredon Road
- A contribution to a link road to Hawkins Drive should be provided via S106
- Consideration is needed of additional pressures on schools from housing
- Object to Green Belt loss due to brownfield sites along A5
- True data gathering is needed in Environmental Surveys
- Encourage and welcome affordable housing in the village to retain young adults
- Consideration is needed of role of neighbouring parishes as Great Wyrley shares a lot of infrastructure
