Representation Summary:

Sites 119a/b and Site 523 raised the following concerns:
- Drainage and flood risk; areas are at risk of flooding and sewerage system can't cope (as demonstrated by New Horse Road housing development)
- Etruria minerals should be safeguarded on Sites 119a/b
- A link road should be provided from Saredon Road to the island on Coppice Lane, traffic data should be collated for the island at Lodge Lane down Saredon Road
- A contribution to a link road to Hawkins Drive should be provided via S106
- Consideration is needed of additional pressures on schools from housing
- Object to Green Belt loss due to brownfield sites along A5
- True data gathering is needed in Environmental Surveys
- Encourage and welcome affordable housing in the village to retain young adults
- Consideration is needed of role of neighbouring parishes as Great Wyrley shares a lot of infrastructure
