Site Parcels 1, 2, 3 at Oaken could contribute to the housing supply as; they are well connected to Codsall, are within a parcel of land that scores well against the purposes of GB (not negatively impacting GB integrity) within the GB review, and is adjacent Oaken DB.
Oaken parcels should be allocated for development or be safeguarded for future residential development.
