Policy SA3: Housing Allocations
Representation ID: 5775
Received: 28/05/2024
Respondent: Brewood Civic Society
Brewood Civic Society supports the allocation of 63 houses on site ref 617.
However, we make the following comment. The number allocated is a minimum of 63 houses. What is the maximum number of houses?
Past experience shows that the number built far exceeds the number allocated, eg. Site 054 Engleton Lane, Brewood was allocated 53 but 73 built.
