Impact on wildlife and habitats.
Impact and increase of flooding and pollution.
Impact on Hospitals (Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust) and doctors - already at capacity.
Increase in crime - lack of/ police at capacity.
Facilities such as high schools, doctor, dentists, youth clubs would need to be provided as they are currently at capacity.
Highways Issues: the main roads surrounding the site are currently dangerous - increase in accidents; increase in traffic, increased pollution and illness related to this.
Loss of arable land.
Local property prices will be effected.
Effect small businesses.
Site is in a historic area - battles have occurred on the site and historical artefacts may be lost due to development.
Objects to building on green belt - removing the green boarder stopping conurbations merging.
Brownfield sites should be prioritised.
