Linthouse Lane.
• Over development of site, without the extended infrastructure eg GP Surgery’s, hospitals, schools, policing
• Flooding concerns - already regular flooding on Ridge Lane and Linthouse Lane.
• Destruction of wildlife habit
• Removal of large local food production
• Traffic - surrounding roads will become a cut through with Linthouse Lane almost impassable due to the volume of traffic.
• Council tax from this development will be paid to South Staffs. Wolverhampton will not benefit from the extra funds to maintain the extra pressure on services / roads.
