Goes against national campaign to plant trees against climate change.
Destruction of trees, hedgerows and grassland.
Greenbelt used for recreation, for physical and mental health.
Nearby electricity pylons may interfere with development.
Wood End Road has heavy traffic and struggle to get out of drive as it is.
Shortage of GPs and appointments local already.
Most importantly, should be building on brownfield sites to save greenbelt and regenerate area.
