This proposed development, although in SSD will impact directly on Stafford itself. The schools, doctors, hospital, and roads are already inadequate for the borough.

Stafford has seen a huge surge of new housing in every area.

The land is productive farm land.

People need green spaces for health and well being.

Permission for this development would give the go ahead for even more expansion of the surrounding green space.
