Support policy in its current format now that Site 272 Dunsley Drive is rejected and assessed as not performing as well as the initial assessment indicated.

Work commissioned by residents raises following points re Site 272:
• It is elevated and highly visible
• Is in an area of particularly sensitive Green Belt
• There would be no 'defensible' boundary
• There would be significant damage to the Historic Environment and Conservation Area
• Vehicular access is not possible given the current site boundary
• A hazardous road crossing for pedestrians
