Strongly disapprove of development due to exist onto congested A34 and lack of improvements to road infrastructure. Cumulative impacts from other development in surrounding area will also affect A34 and there are numerous new housing developments within 2 miles.

Schools in the area are not being developed to cope with new residents and it is already difficult to get a local doctors appointment. Loss of local wildlife and woodland would occur.
