The site is prime agricultural land and not in a sustainable location. Schools and doctors are full and significant distance away, increasing need to travel. No footway, street lighting or pedestrian/cycle links to services. Roads between A34 and Acton Trussell cannot accommodate more traffic. Unsafe access onto A34. Wildlife will be disturbed and bus routes are infrequent.
