Object to inclusion of 81 units near Weeping Cross:
- Inhabitants would rely on Stafford infrastructure without Stafford BC receiving council tax
- local GP service is already overwhelmed
- The A34 Cannock Road is overused
- Schools on east side of Stafford are already full, forcing further journeys further afield
- Stafford BC is opposed to the development and can meet its housing target without it, so the site's inclusion conflicts with the duty to cooperate and is unnecessary
