Townsend Field by Wombourne High Street should not be built on. It benefits neighbours' mental health by giving a feeling of access to the countryside. Each dwelling needs one or two lawns to produce oxygen and a patio at the rear. A tree in the front lawn will help stabalise the soil and transpire heavy rain.
