Object to housing development at Wildwood Stafford (036c). Residents will use Wildwood and Stafford town facilities without Community Charge towards their upkeep. Local road system is already clogged up. Stafford is using brownfield sites for new housing, such sites should exist in SSDC. Environmental impacts will result from loss of green fields and hedgerows. Development only benefits SSDC housing targets.
