Representation Summary:
The Local Plan was published 2012 and the Site Allocation Document approved in 2018 showing NO housing developments planned for Penkridge until after 2028. In the present Review of the Local Plan it is proposed that some future housing growth may be inevitable/acceptable for the next period 2028 to 2038 but only in a reasonable and well planned manner.
