Object to proposed allocation off Fentonhouse Lane due to impact on Mottey Meadows SSSI, flood risk from surface water run off - unclear what infrastructure will be put in place to manage this. Concern Fentonhouse Lane is unsuitable due to being too narrow and is inadequate to take more vehicles. A better option would be to to extend the allocation off Ivetsey Road.
