In a residential area and will cause disturbances to surrounding community.
Business within site which does not fit in with surrounding residential area.
Numerous kennels in area which causes noise disturbance and dogs running into main road have nearly caused an accident in the past.
Pitches already on site cause problem for waste overflowing into the road.
