Penkridge should have its own Development plan.
All the strategic policies should be re examined.
The NPPFStates:-‘That there is a presumption in favour of sustainable development.’ This has not been satisfied as nothing at the moment in the Plan is "sustainable". More work needs to be done.
The long term growth of Penkridge needs re-examination and more consultation.
A ‘piecemeal approach ’ has been used and any statistics that haven't been reached seem to have been "dropped" on Penkridge without much thought. Houses by a Bio digester for example.
