Essington does not have the capacity for the number of proposed homes and would not be able to manage the traffic control measures, volume and speed on both Linthouse Lane and Wood End Road.
Local services such as schools and medical services are over exacerbated and more residents will add to this.
There is lack of acknowledgment to the protection the environment and maintaining the green belt, there are threats of floods within the area and the land absorbs precipitation slowly therefore water is stored on land.
There are concerns into the lack of consideration for development which is placed onto Brownfield sites and empty property sites, rather than damaging agricultural land.
