Dangerous for children walking to school - a girl has died from petrol fumes walking to school.
Fields already flood and will be made much worse with impermeable surfaces - will cause serve flooding for houses on Linthouse Lane. See Photos.

No capacity at local doctors, dentists and schools.
Sewage system will not cope.
Need to cut pollution not increase it.
Surrounding roads cannot cope with more traffic - will impact on Wolverhampton the most.
Should be building elsewhere..
Think about long term impact not just short term profit.

Critisim of consultation document - jargon, questions are biased and difficult to use.
Essington population already gone up by 10%. Linthouse Lane doubles this.
Local plan should protect against overdevelopment.
Traffic issues on nearby roads.
Need new school in Essington.
Roads unsafe, particular for pedestirans including familes and children.
Construction traffic will worsen problem.
Should build on Wolverhampton brownfield, as Prime Minster says, such as area between Sneyd School and M6.
People's views in consultation process are ignored - tokenism.
Council should be duty bound to protect green belt and push alternatives.
Roads will not cope with huge increase in traffic volumes.
Lack of local employment and reliance on cars.
Threat this encroachment on greenbelt will go further.

Additional traffic on Prestwood Rd West already very heavy following expansion of New Cross Hospital .
Traffic so bad have trouble reversing off drive as it is, particularly at rush house/school time.
Congestion and idling cause air pollution which enters the house, unable to open windows and is very noisy.
